LOCATION - Lat 38°17'12", long 88°52'20" referenced to North American Datum of 1983, in NW 1/4 NE 1/4 NE 1/4 sec.9, T.3 S., R.3 E., Jefferson County, IL, Hydrologic Unit 07140106, on left bank on upstream side of bridge on State Highway 142, 0.2 mi downstream from Sevenmile Creek, about 2 mi southeast of Mt. Vernon, and at mile 18.8.
