- Water-Year Summary reports summarize a year of hydrologic data in a printer-friendly format.
- For water years 2014 onward, choose a water year and parameter and an on-demand Water-Year Summary report will be generated.
- For water years 2006 through 2013, choose a water year and an Annual Water Data Report will be provided.
- For water years 2005 and earlier, Annual Water Data Reports may be available in digital format.
- Not all sites have reports available for every water year.

LOCATION - Lat 48°30'27.80", long 112°36'44.17" referenced to North American Datum of 1983, in NW 1/4 SE 1/4 NW 1/4 sec.26, T.32 N., R.8 W., Glacier County, MT, Hydrologic Unit 10030201, Blackfeet Indian Reservation, on right bank 10 ft downstream from tribal bridge, 1.6 mi downstream from Spring Creek, 4.6 mi upstream from Badger Creek, and 8 mi northeast of Piegan.
DRAINAGE AREA - 366.1 mi².
REVISIONS HISTORY - Peak discharges for water years 2020-2024 were revised on 3/18/2025 to update qualification codes.
SURFACE-WATER RECORDS
PERIOD OF RECORD - July 2019 to current.
GAGE - Water-stage recorder. Elevation of gage is 3,796 ft, referenced to the North American Vertical Datum of 1988.
REMARKS - Diversions for irrigation occur upstream from station. Flow regulated by dam on Lower Two Medicine Lake (06090900) and seasonally diverted into Two Medicine Canal (06091800).
