LOCATION - Lat 48°24'10.00", long 108°17'38.74" referenced to North American Datum of 1983, in NE 1/4 SE 1/4 NW 1/4 sec.36, T.31 N., R.26 E., Phillips County, MT, Hydrologic Unit 10050004, on left bank 30 ft downstream from U.S. Highway 2 bridge, 0.95 mi downstream from Dodson Dam, 1.9 mi west of Dodson, and at river mile 273.2.
DRAINAGE AREA - 11,134 mi² of which 692 mi² probably is noncontributing.
SURFACE-WATER RECORDS
PERIOD OF RECORD - October 1982 to current year (seasonal records beginning water year 1994).
GAGE - Water-stage recorder. Elevation of gage is 2,250 ft, referenced to the North American Vertical Datum of 1988.
REMARKS - Numerous diversions for irrigation occur upstream from the station.
