06348300 HEART RIVER AT STARK BRIDGE NEAR JUDSON, ND
LOCATION - Lat 46°42'12", long 101°12'49" referenced to North American Datum of 1983, in sec.06, T.137 N., R.83 W., Morton County, ND, Hydrologic Unit 10130203, on right bank 50 ft upstream from county bridge and 9.5 mi southeast of Judson.
DRAINAGE AREA - 2,930 mi². approximately.
SURFACE-WATER RECORDS
PERIOD OF RECORD - DAILY DISCHARGE--March 1986 to September 1988 (annual maximum discharges only), October 1988 to current year.

PERIOD OF RECORD.--DAILY GAGE HEIGHT--October 2000 to current year.
GAGE - Water-stage recorder. Datum of gage is 1,721 ft above NAVD88, from topographic map. In October 2019, datum was converted to NAVD88 datum using the National Geodetic Surveys VDATUM transformation tool. Prior to conversion to NAVD88 datum was published as 1,720 ft above NGVD29, from topographic map.
REMARKS - Accuracy of records for water years prior to 2014 are noted in the individual Annual Data Reports for those water years. For water years 2014 onward, records good except for estimated discharges, which are poor, unless otherwise noted.

REGULATION.--Flow regulated by Lake Tschida (station 06346000) since 1949.
