- For water years 2014 onward, choose a water year and parameter and an on-demand Water-Year Summary report will be generated.
- For water years 2006 through 2013, choose a water year and an Annual Water Data Report will be provided.
- For water years 2005 and earlier, Annual Water Data Reports may be available in digital format.
- Not all sites have reports available for every water year.

LOCATION - Lat 43°52'17.97", long 103°20'09.01" referenced to North American Datum of 1927, in SW 1/4 SW 1/4 sec.18, T.2 S., R.7 E., Pennington County, SD, Hydrologic Unit 10120109, at right downstream end county highway bridge, 0.6 mi downstream from Iron Creek, and 4.5 mi southeast of Keystone, SD.
DRAINAGE AREA - 58.5 mi².

SURFACE-WATER RECORDS
PERIOD OF RECORD - July 1945 to July 1947, October 1961 to current year.
GAGE - Water-stage recorder and crest-stage gage. Datum of gage is 3,798.15 ft above NAVD of 1988. Prior to Nov. 13, 1961, nonrecording gage at site 250 ft downstream at different datum and Nov. 13 to Dec. 5, 1961, at same site at present datum. Dec. 6, 1961, to June 9, 1972, water-stage recorder at site 210 ft downstream at present datum (destroyed by flood); June 10 to Nov. 20, 1972, nonrecording gage 180 ft downstream at present datum; Nov. 21, 1972, to Nov. 27, 1973, water-stage recorder at present site and datum; Nov. 28, 1973, to Nov. 7, 1974, nonrecording gage 180 ft downstream at present datum.
REMARKS - Accuracy of records for water years prior to 2014 are noted in the individual Annual Data Reports for those water years. For water years 2014 onward, records good except for Nov. 27, 2018 to Aug. 19, 2019, which are fair and estimated discharges, which are poor, unless otherwise noted. Satellite data-collection platform at station.
EXTREMES FOR PERIOD OF RECORD - Maximum discharge, 26,200 ft³/s, June 9, 1972, from rating curve extended above 5.5 ft³/s, on the basis of slope-area measurement of peak flow, gage height 14.50 ft, from floodmarks, at site then in use; minimum daily discharge, 0.00 ft³/s, Oct. 1, 1961, no flow at times in most years.
