LOCATION - Lat 43°00'47", long 102°50'07" referenced to North American Datum of 1927, in NE 1/4 SW 1/4 NE 1/4 sec.15, T.35 N., R.47 W., UNSPECIFIEDSD, Hydrologic Unit 10140201, on left bank 1.0 mi north of Nebraska-South Dakota State line and 4.3 mi south of Slim Butte.
DRAINAGE AREA - 1,367 mi².
REVISIONS HISTORY - WDR SD-10-1: Drainage area.
SURFACE-WATER RECORDS
PERIOD OF RECORD - Oct. 1987 to current year.
GAGE - Water-stage recorder. Elevation of gage is 3,030 ft above NGVD of 1929, from topographic map.
REMARKS - For Oct. 1, 2013 to Sept. 30, 2017, records good except those for estimated daily discharges, which are poor. Satellite data-collection platform at station. Water temperature and specific conductance measured with each discharge measurement.
EXTREMES FOR PERIOD OF RECORD - Minimum daily discharge, 0.00 ft³/s, July 13, 1989, no flow at times in most years.
