LOCATION - Lat 47°03'59", long 98°55'07" referenced to North American Datum of 1927, in SW 1/4 SE 1/4 sec.33, T.142 N., R.65 W., Stutsman County, ND, Hydrologic Unit 10160002,
DRAINAGE AREA - 758 mi² of which 460 mi² probably is noncontributing. Prior to 1974 drainage area listed as 925 square miles, of which about 300 square miles is probably noncontributing.
SURFACE-WATER RECORDS

Water-stage recorder. Datum of the gage is 1468.18 feet above the North American Vertical Datum of 1988 (NAVD88).

Gage station replaced by upstream station (06469400 Pipestem Creek near Pingree) in October 1974 due to backwater issues from the completion of Pipestem Reservoir.
