LOCATION - Lat 43°46'35.1", long 98°14'43.1" referenced to North American Datum of 1927, in SW 1/4 SW 1/4 sec.26, T.104 N., R.62 W., Davison County, SD, Hydrologic Unit 10160011, on left bank on downstream side of county road, 4.5 mi north of Mount Vernon, 5.2 mi downstream from West Firesteel Creek, and 12 mi northwest of Mitchell.
DRAINAGE AREA - 588 mi².
