LOCATION - Lat 45°10'51", long 97°11'09" referenced to North American Datum of 1927, in NE 1/4 NE 1/4 sec.17, T.120 N., R.52 W., Grant County, SD, Hydrologic Unit 10170201, on right bank near downstream side of county bridge, 11.0 mi northeast of Florence, and 2.2 mi upstream from Indian Creek.
DRAINAGE AREA - 68.3 mi².
REVISIONS HISTORY - WDR SD-10-1: Drainage area.
SURFACE-WATER RECORDS
PERIOD OF RECORD - June 1984 to current year.
GAGE - Water-stage recorder and crest-stage gage.  Datum of gage is 1,781.54 ft above NAVD88. Prior to conversion to NAVD88 datum of gage was published as 1,780.57 ft above NGVD29.

For water years 2014 onward, records good except those for June 1, 2014 to Aug. 10, 2014, Mar. 28, 2015 to Apr. 28, 2015, May 10, 2015 to Sept. 21, 2015, Oct. 28, 2015 to Dec. 7, 2015, June 9 - 27, 2016, July 24, 2016 to Aug. 23, 2016, Oct. 6, 2016 to Nov. 7, 2016, June 13, 2017 to Sept. 30, 2018, May 23, 2019 to Oct. 8, 2019, Apr. 12, 2021 to Oct. 4, 2021, and Sept. 5, 2022 to Nov. 3, 2022, which are fair and those for estimated discharges, which are poor.
