LOCATION - Lat 39°44'25.45", long 105°08'55.8" referenced to North American Datum of 1983, in SE 1/4 SE 1/4 sec.31, T.3 S., R.69 W., Jefferson County, CO, Hydrologic Unit 10190004, on right bank 100 ft north of West 15th Drive, at Arbutus Street, in Lakewood.
DRAINAGE AREA - 9.06 mi².
