06727410 FOURMILE CREEK AT LOGAN MILL ROAD NEAR CRISMAN, CO
LOCATION - Lat 40°02'31.3", long 105°21'53.7" referenced to North American Datum of 1983, in NW 1/4 NE 1/4 sec.20, T.1 N., R.71 W., Boulder County, CO, Hydrologic Unit 10190005, on left bank 200 ft upstream of Logan Mill Road bridge, just west of Fourmile Canyon Road (County Road 118), 0.2 mi northwest of Crisman, 1.0 mi downstream of the confluence with Gold Run Gulch, and about 4.5 mi northwest of Boulder.
DRAINAGE AREA - 19.2 mi².
SURFACE-WATER RECORDS
PERIOD OF RECORD - April 2011 to September 2013, September 2020 to current year (seasonal records only).
GAGE - Water-stage recorder with satellite telemetry. Elevation of gage is 6,340 ft above NGVD of 1929, from topographic map. Prior to Sept. 1, 2020, gage located 200 ft downstream of site, at same datum.
REMARKS - Water year 2020; records good. No estimated daily discharges. Water year 2021; records good except for estimated daily discharges, which are poor. Water year 2022; records good except for estimated daily discharges, which are poor. Water year 2023; no estimated daily discharges. Records good. No diversion upstream from station.
EXTREMES FOR PERIOD OF RECORD - (seasonal only) Maximum discharge, 2,040 ft³/s, Sept. 12, 2013, from computation of peak flow by slope-area method, gage height, 13.20 ft, from high-water marks.
