LOCATION - Lat 39°40'22.24", long 99°18'33.26" referenced to North American Datum of 1983, in sec.25, T.4 S., R.18 W., Phillips County, KS, Hydrologic Unit 10260011, on right bank at downstream side of bridge on U.S. Highway 183, 0.5 mi south of Glade.
DRAINAGE AREA - 849 mi².
SURFACE-WATER RECORDS
PERIOD OF RECORD - October 1952 to current year.
GAGE - Water-stage recorder. Datum of gage is 1754.719 ft above sea level NAVD 88. Prior to Feb. 17, 1965, at datum 2.00 ft higher.
REMARKS - Natural flow affected by ground-water withdrawals, diversions for irrigation, and return flow from irrigated areas. Satellite telemeter at station.
EXTREMES FOR PERIOD OF RECORD -

18.65 ft., gage datum on Sep. 5, 2016; discharge 11,000 cfs.
