LOCATION - Lat 39°20'47", long 95°06'31" referenced to North American Datum of 1927, in SE 1/4 sec.19, T.8 S., R.21 E., Leavenworth County, KS, Hydrologic Unit 10270104, on right downstream side of county highway bridge on Kansas Highway 192, 30 ft east of the right downstream corner of the bridge, 0.3 mi east of Easton, and at mile 49.3.
DRAINAGE AREA - 216 mi².
SURFACE-WATER RECORDS
PERIOD OF RECORD - June 2015 to current year.
GAGE -

Water-stage recorder. Datum of gage is 879.758 feet above NAVD88 per static survey on 3/12/2021. Previously the datum was published as 879.64 feet above NGVD29.

REMARKS - Satellite telemeter at station.
EXTREMES FOR PERIOD OF RECORD - Flood of Oct. 5, 1959 reached a stage of 26.6 ft, gage datum from high water marks. (information from USWB). Highest peak since gage was installed in 2015: 21.42ft on May 27, 2020. Peak discharge is 10,213 cfs on May 27, 2016
