LOCATION - Lat 39°45'21", long 93°33'31" referenced to North American Datum of 1927, in NE 1/4 SE 1/4 NE 1/4 sec.14, T.57 N., R.24 W., Livingston County, MO, Hydrologic Unit 10280101, outside front of brick pumphouse on left bank next to sewage treatment plant, just off U.S. Hwy 65, 1.2 mi south of Chillicothe.
DRAINAGE AREA - 4,890 mi².
SURFACE-WATER RECORDS
PERIOD OF RECORD - Oct 2007 to current year. Occasional measurements from 1934 to 1964. Maintained by the National Weather Service from Oct 1964 to Nov 1984.
GAGE - Water-stage recorder and crest-stage gage. Datum of gage is 659.03 ft above North American Vertical Datum of 1988. Prior to Feb 1991 nonrecording gage. Aug 1934 to Feb 1952 located on U.S. Highway 65 bridge. Feb 1952 to Feb 1991 located on handrail of platform of pumphouse. Feb 1991 to present water-stage recorder at present location.
