LOCATION - Lat 36°20'54", long 89°24'29" referenced to North American Datum of 1983, Lake County, TN, Hydrologic Unit 08010202, about 300 yards south of new spillway / dam on Reelfoot Lake, 4.0 miles Southeast of Tiptonville, Tn. and 3.8 miles Southwest of Samburg Tn.
DRAINAGE AREA - 240 mi².
SURFACE-WATER RECORDS
PERIOD OF RECORD - March 7, 2013 to current year.
GAGE - Data collection platform. Datum of gage is 270.107 ft. NAVD 1988 determined by survey grade GPS.
REMARKS - Records good except for estimated discharges which are poor and other periods as noted. Fair period: October 13, 2017 to May 7, 2018. Poor period: May 8, 2018 to March 3, 2020.
EXTREMES FOR PERIOD OF RECORD - Maximum discharge, 2,010 ft³/s, Feb. 25, gage height, 15.40 ft. Minimum discharge, E 4.23 ft³/s, Oct. 21 and 22, 2018.
