LOCATION - Lat 37°29'37", long 90°50'18" referenced to North American Datum of 1983, Reynolds County, MO, Hydrologic Unit 11010007, on left bank below lower Taum Sauk Reservoir dam, 5 mi northeast of Lesterville.

DRAINAGE AREA - 87.3 mi².

REVISIONS HISTORY -
Revisions: Gage height and discharge for the period Apr 30, 2017 to May 29, 2019, were revised on Oct 29, 2019, based on changes to the reference datum.
Revisions: Gage datum was revised to 702.17 ft NAVD88 on January 3, 2023, as determined by a GNSS Level II survey. Gage datum was previously published in error as 725 ft NAVD88 from topographic map.

SURFACE-WATER RECORDS

GAGE - Water-stage recorder and crest-stage gage. Datum of gage is 702.17 ft above North American Vertical Datum of 1988.

REMARKS - Accuracy of records is discussed in the annual Station Analysis archived at the USGS MO Water Science Center. Flow completely regulated by Lower Taum Sauk Reservior, capacity of 5,810 acre-ft.
