LOCATION - Lat 38°58'14", long 104°54'08" referenced to North American Datum of 1927, in SW 1/4 SW 1/4 sec.28, T.12 S., R.67 W., El Paso County, CO, Hydrologic Unit 11020003, on Pike National Forest, on left bank 500 ft upstream from diversion to city of Colorado Springs water-treatment plant, 2.7 mi south of U.S. Air Force Academy Chapel, and 4.4 mi upstream from mouth.
DRAINAGE AREA - 14.8 mi².
REVISIONS HISTORY - WDR CO-99-1: 1997. WDR-US-2011: Drainage area.
SURFACE-WATER RECORDS
PERIOD OF RECORD - May 1970 to current year.
GAGE - Water-stage recorder with satellite telemetry and V-notch sharp-crested weir. Elevation of gage is 7,180 ft above NGVD of 1929, from topographic map.
