LOCATION - Lat 38°01'53.01", long 101°56'05.73" referenced to North American Datum of 1983, in SW 1/4 SW 1/4 SE 1/4 sec.21, T.23 S., R.42 W., Hamilton County, KS, Hydrologic Unit 11030001, on right bank 6.0 mi east of Colorado-Kansas State line, 4.0 mi east of Coolidge, and approximately 8.5 mi downstream from diversion of the Arkansas River.
SURFACE-WATER RECORDS
PERIOD OF RECORD - July 2015 to current year.
GAGE - Water-stage recorder. Datum of gage is 3333.668 feet above mean sea level NAVD88 from a GNSS static survey conducted on 6/16/2022.
REMARKS - Satellite telemeter at station.
EXTREMES FOR PERIOD OF RECORD - Maximum discharge 78.3 cfs, July 8, 2023, gage height 3.65 ft. This is an estimated discharge since there was no definition in that portion of the rating at that time. No flow many days each year.
