LOCATION - Lat 37°42'06", long 97°28'50" referenced to North American Datum of 1927, in SW 1/4 SW 1/4 NW 1/4 sec.18, T.27 S., R.1 W., Sedgwick County, KS, Hydrologic Unit 11030013, at left downstream end of bridge on 119th St West and at mile 46.1.
DRAINAGE AREA - 86 mi².
SURFACE-WATER RECORDS
PERIOD OF RECORD - April 2001 to current year.
GAGE -

Water-stage recorder. Old datum of gage is 1,312.40 ft above NGVD of 1929 (from city of Wichita bench mark).

Current datum is 1,313.08 ft. above mean sea level. (NAVD88) Obtained Dec. 19, 2018 using Trimble R10 unit set over RM1 for 1 hour rapid static solution processed by OPUS.

REMARKS - Satellite telemeter at station.
EXTREMES OUTSIDE PERIOD OF RECORD - Flood of Oct. 31, 1998, reached a stage of 22.1 ft from survey by city of Wichita, discharge 14,700 ft³/s.
