LOCATION - Lat 36°54'00", long 94°52'05" referenced to North American Datum of 1927, in NW 1/4 NE 1/4 sec.19, T.28 N., R.23 E., Ottawa County, OK, Hydrologic Unit 11070206, near downstream left abutment of 22nd Street bridge in Miami, 0.5 mi east of intersection of Main and 22nd Street, 0.8 mi upstream from unnamed tributary, 1.7 mi downstream of Garrett Creek, and at mile 3.8.
DRAINAGE AREA - 44.7 mi². From automated delineation using 10-meter National Elevation Dataset digital elevation model data dated 10/01/2006 and Watershed Boundary Dataset dated 10/01/2006, using Albers Equal-Area Projection, North American Datum 1983.
REVISIONS HISTORY - WDR OK-89-1: 1985 (M). WDR 2012: Drainage area. Discharge for the period May 23, 2023, to July 17, 2023, was revised on Jan. 05, 2024 based on changes to the stage-discharge rating. 
SURFACE-WATER RECORDS

GAGE - Water-stage recorder. Datum of gage is 762.33 above NAVD 88. The current datum was determined by a GNSS Level III survey (REF FRAME: NAD_83(2011)(EPOCH:2010.0000) ITRF2014 (EPOCH:2021.5857)[NAVD88 (Computed using GEOID18)]) and tied to RM-11. Prior to 10/01/2021 the datum of gage was 762.23 feet above NGVD 1929.
REMARKS - Quality of data for all periods can be obtained by contacting the Oklahoma-Texas Water Science Center.

All estimated periods are considered poor unless noted otherwise.

REMARKS - Interruptions in daily water quality record were due to the malfunction of the recording instrument. Periodic samples collected by the U.S. Geological Survey. Specific conductance, pH, water temperature, dissolved oxygen, and turbidity were determined in the field.
