LOCATION - Lat 36°56'02", long 94°45'14" referenced to North American Datum of 1983, in NE 1/4 S 1/4 E 1/4 sec.06, T.28 N., R.24 E., Ottawa County, OK, Hydrologic Unit 11070207, at truss bridge in Quapaw Tribal Pow Wow Grounds, 0.5 mi above mouth and 2.6 mi southeast of Quapaw, Ok.
DRAINAGE AREA - 6.27 mi². From automated delineation using 10-meter National Elevation Dataset digital elevation model data dated 10/01/2006 and Watershed Boundary Dataset dated 10/01/2006, using Albers Equal-Area Projection, North American Datum 1983.
SURFACE-WATER RECORDS
PERIOD OF RECORD - November 2016 to current year. Occasional discharge measurements obtained in the 2000 water year.
GAGE - Water-stage recorder. Geological Survey satellite telemeter at station. Current datum in use is 761.85 NAVD88. Current datum determined by GNSS Level II REF FRAME: NAD_83(2011)(EPOCH:2010.0000) ITRF2014 (EPOCH:2022.6841)[NAVD88 (Computed using GEOID18)] Tied to locally set GNSS hub. Prior to 10/01/2022 datum in use was 761.79 NAVD88.
REMARKS - Quality of data for all periods can be obtained by contacting the Oklahoma-Texas Water Science Center. 

All estimated periods are considered poor, unless noted otherwise.

WATER-QUALITY RECORDS
PERIOD OF RECORD - March 2000 to September 2000, and April 2019 to current water year. 
REMARKS - Periodic samples collected by the U.S. Geological Survey. Specific conductance, pH, water temperature, dissolved oxygen, and turbidity were determined in the field.
