- For water years 2014 onward, choose a water year and parameter and an on-demand Water-Year Summary report will be generated.
- For water years 2006 through 2013, choose a water year and an Annual Water Data Report will be provided.
- For water years 2005 and earlier, Annual Water Data Reports may be available in digital format.
- Not all sites have reports available for every water year.

LOCATION - Lat 36°22'59", long 95°02'52" referenced to North American Datum of 1927, in NW 1/4 SW 1/4 SE 1/4 sec.15, T.22 N., R.21 E., Mayes County, OK, Hydrologic Unit 11070209, right face of dam on Spavinaw Creek at Spavinaw, and at mile 5.5.
DRAINAGE AREA - 388 mi². From automated delineation using 10-meter National Elevation Dataset digital elevation model data dated 10/01/2006 and Watershed Boundary Dataset dated 10/01/2006, using Albers Equal-Area Projection, North American Datum 1983.

GAGE - Water-stage recorder. U.S. Army Corps of Engineers satellite telemeter at station. Datum is -0.81 feet NAVD 88. Current datum was determined by a GNSS Level II survey REF FRAME: NAD_83(2011)(EPOCH:2010.0000) ITRF2014 (EPOCH:2021.5526)[NAVD88 (Computed using GEOID18)] and tied to RM-11. Prior to 10/01/2021 the datum in use was NGVD 1929.

Reservoir is formed by earth dam with uncontrolled concrete spillway. Levels are maintained in Spavinaw Lake by releases from Lake Eucha. Storage began 1924; conservation pool first filled November 1924. Capacity 41,200 acre-ft at elevation 682 ft. Dead storage, 15,300 acre-ft at elevation 662 ft for previous rating. Contents Rating 2.0 in use Oct. 01, 1996 to Sep. 30, 2007. Contents Rating 3.0 in use Oct. 01, 2007 to Nov. 06, 2015. Contents Rating 3.10 in use Nov. 07, 2015 to Dec. 31, 2023.
