LOCATION - Lat 36°01'54", long 94°54'38" referenced to North American Datum of 1927, in SW 1/4 SE 1/4 sec.13, T.18 N., R.22 E., Cherokee County, OK, Hydrologic Unit 11110103, at Combs Bridge, 2.6 mi east of Moodys, Ok.
DRAINAGE AREA - 895 mi². From automated delineation using 10-meter National Elevation Dataset digital elevation model data dated 10/01/2006 and Watershed Boundary Dataset dated 10/01/2006, using Albers Equal-Area Projection, North American Datum 1983.
REVISIONS HISTORY - Revisions: Gage height for the period Oct. 5, 2023, to Jan. 4, 2024, were revised on Mar. 26, 2024, based on erroneous gage height values found in the approved record.
SURFACE-WATER RECORDS
PERIOD OF RECORD - Periodic discharge measurements Jan. 2001 to June 2002. Stage record collected from May 2018 to current year.
GAGE - Water-stage recorder.  Datum of gage is 744.66 ft. above NAVD88. The NAVD of 1988 datum was determined by a Level II GNSS survey (Reference Frame NAD_83(2011)(EPOCH:2010.0000), IGS08 (EPOCH:2018.8495), (CEOID12B) by USGS on November 13, 2018 and tied to RM7.

Quality of data for all periods can be obtained by contacting the Oklahoma-Texas Water Science Center.

PERIOD OF RECORD - January 2001 to July 2002 (discontinued).
REMARKS - Samples collected periodically. Specific conductance, pH, water temperature, alkalinity, and dissolved oxygen were determined in the field.
