Water-Year Summary for Site 07241520
WATER TEMPERATURE: October 1988 to current year
SPECIFIC CONDUCTANCE: October 1988 to current year
pH: October 1988 to June 1991
DISSOLVED OXYGEN: October 1988 to current year
Accuracy rating of the record for the 2022 Water Year:
WATER TEMPERATURE: Fair. Most of this period can be rated as good; however, the sensor was not checked against a NIST-certified thermistor within the year, so the accuracy has been downgraded to fair.
SPECIFIC CONDUCTIVITY: Fair; Most of this period can be rated as good; however, the temperature sensor was not checked against a NIST-certified thermistor within the year and SC measurements depend on temperature, so the accuracy has been downgraded to fair. Minor fouling and calibration drift corrections were applied throughout the year, in addition to some moderate magnitude corrections. Mostly small data gaps occurred in relation to equipment malfunctions and data deletions.
DISSOLVED OXYGEN: Poor; Some large fouling and few calibration drift corrections were applied consistently throughout the year. Additionally, the temperature sensor was not checked against a NIST-certified thermistor within the year and dissolved oxygen measurements depend on temperature. Efforts are being made by the QW team to increase the frequency of site visits to improve data quality and minimize fouling effects.
Interruptions in record were due to malfunctions of the recording instrumentation or corrections to the data that exceeded allowable limits.
Quality of data for other periods can be obtained by contacting the Oklahoma-Texas Water Science Center.
