LOCATION - Lat 34°18'56", long 95°52'28" referenced to North American Datum of 1927, in sec.07, T.3 S., R.14 E., Atoka County, OK, Hydrologic Unit 11140103, located in pump house at base of dam on McGee Creek.
DRAINAGE AREA - 176 mi². from automated delineation using 10-meter National Elevation Dataset digital elevation model data dated 10/01/2006 and Watershed Boundary Dataset dated 10/01/2006, using Albers Equal-Area Projection, North American Datum 1983.

SURFACE-WATER RECORDS
PERIOD OF RECORD - October 2003 to current year.
GAGE - Water-stage recorder. Datum of gage is 0.51ft  NAVD of 1988 determined by GNSS 4hr observation Survey with Trimble R-12i tied to RM-1 by USGS Personnel on 10/04/2023. Prior to 10/04/2023 datum of gage was NGVD 1929.
REMARKS -

10/01/2022 - 09/30/2023: records rated good.

Reservoir is a rolled earth-fill structure about 2,000 ft long. Impoundment of the conservation pool began April 1987. Top of flood control pool 199,000 acre-ft at elevation 595.5 ft. Normal pool 114,000 acre-ft at elevation 577.1 ft. Figures given herein represent total contents. Reservoir is utilized for recreation, water quality control and flood control.

EXTREMES FOR PERIOD OF RECORD - Maximum contents, 225,300 acre-ft, May 20, 2015, gage height, 600.00 ft; minimum contents, 76,580 acre-ft, Feb. 8,9, 2013, gage height, 565.90 ft.
