SURFACE-WATER RECORDS

GAGE - Water-stage recorder. Datum of gage is 8.66 below NAVD 88; prior to June 17, 2009 was 8.03 below NAVD 88. Prior to Dec. 21, 2001, site was located 525 yards west of present site.
COOPERATION - Louisiana Department of Natural Resources.
REMARKS - Stage affected by wind and tide. Satellite telemetry with wind speed and wind direction at station.
EXTREMES FOR PERIOD OF RECORD - Maximum recorded gage height, 13.37 ft, Aug. 30, 2012; minimum recorded gage height, 2.51 ft, Jan. 2, 2001 (previous location).
