LOCATION - Lat 30°10'43", long 94°11'19" referenced to North American Datum of 1927, Jefferson County, TX, Hydrologic Unit 12020003, right bank, at the Lower Neches Valley Authority BI Pump Plant approximately 1,500 ft upstream of State Highway 69, and 1 mi northwest of Beaumont.
DRAINAGE AREA - 633 mi².
SURFACE-WATER RECORDS
PERIOD OF RECORD - Aug. 2003 to current year (daily mean discharge above 500 ft³/s).
GAGE - Water-stage and water-velocity recorder. Datum of gage is 0.839 ft. below NAVD 1988. Satellite telemeter at station.
REMARKS - Daily mean discharge above 500 ft³/s determined after applying Godin Filter to remove tidal effects from hourly values. Some records listed in the "Period of Record" for surface water and water quality may not be available electronically.
