LOCATION - Lat 33°11'06.50", long 96°38'20.90" referenced to North American Datum of 1983, Collin County, TX, Hydrologic Unit 12030106, 75 feet downstream of Central Expressway (US Hwy 75) at downstream side of abandoned service road bridge. 
DRAINAGE AREA - 51.1 mi².
SURFACE-WATER RECORDS
PERIOD OF RECORD - Feb. 2015 to current year.
GAGE - Water-stage recorder. Datum of gage is 535.20 ft above NAVD of 1988. Prior to Sept. 15, 2021, located 350 ft downstream at upstream side of footbridge in Towne Lake Park. Satellite telemeter at station.
REMARKS - Since installation of gage, at least 10% of contributing drainage area has been regulated. No flow at times.
EXTREMES FOR PERIOD OF RECORD - Maximum discharge, 13,000 ft³s, Sept. 22, 2018, gage-height, 19.80 ft, from rating curve extended above 6,200 ft³s on basis of slope-area measurement of peak flow: minimum discharge, 0 ft³s on several days, minimum gage-height, 2.26 ft, Sept. 24, 2023.
