- Water-Year Summary reports summarize a year of hydrologic data in a printer-friendly format.
- For water years 2014 onward, choose a water year and parameter and an on-demand Water-Year Summary report will be generated.
- For water years 2006 through 2013, choose a water year and an Annual Water Data Report will be provided.
- For water years 2005 and earlier, Annual Water Data Reports may be available in digital format.
- Not all sites have reports available for every water year.

LOCATION - Lat 29°44'48", long 95°31'24" referenced to North American Datum of 1927, Harris County, TX, Hydrologic Unit 12040104, on left bank at upstream side of bridge on Piney Point Road, Village of Piney Point, 3.7 mi downstream from Rummel Creek, 7.2 mi downstream from Buffalo Bayou near Addicks (station 08073500), and 12.5 mi upstream from Buffalo Bayou at Houston (station 08074000).
DRAINAGE AREA - 299 mi².
SURFACE-WATER RECORDS
PERIOD OF RECORD - Oct. 1963 to Sept. 1976 and Oct. 1984 to current (daily mean discharge). Oct. 1976 to Sept. 1984 (gage heights only).
GAGE - Water-stage recorder. Datum of gage is NGVD 1988, 2001 adjustment. Prior to Oct. 1, 2008, datum of gage 1.35 ft below NGVD of 1929 (3.73 ft above current datum). Satellite telemeter at station.
REMARKS - Since installation of gage in Oct. 1963, at least 10% of contributing drainage area has been regulated. No known diversions. Low flow is mostly sustained by wastewater effluent. Gage height associated with historical peak discharge is referenced to datum then in use. Some records listed in the "Period of Record" for surface water and water quality may not be available electronically.
