LOCATION - Lat 30°38'45.60", long 97°35'06.72" referenced to North American Datum of 1983, Williamson County, TX, Hydrologic Unit 12070205, on left bank at downstream side of State Highway 29 bridge, 0.5 mi upstream from Manske Branch, 4.7 mi east of Georgetown, and 54.8 mi upstream from mouth.
DRAINAGE AREA - 563 mi². measured from U.S. Geological Survey topographic maps.
SURFACE-WATER RECORDS
PERIOD OF RECORD - Dec 2, 1976, to Sep 30, 1990: Daily discharges. March 2024 to current year: Stage recorder only.
GAGE - Water-stage recorder. Satellite telemetry at station.
Datum of the gage: All elevations are in NAVD88. Determined by a Level 2 Static GNSS survey on February 13, 2024, processed through OPUS, Ref Frame: NAD83(2011)(EPOCH:2010.0000) ITRF2014 (EPOCH:2024.1198) Geoid 18.  Prior to the reactivation of this station on March 4, 2024, the Datum of gage was 582.04 above NGVD 1929.
COOPERATION - The gaging station was built, the equipment furnished and maintained by the USGS for Williamson County.
REMARKS - Records good.
EXTREMES FOR PERIOD OF RECORD -  Maximum elevation, 23.23 ft, Feb. 2, 1986 NGVD29, minimum elevation, not determined.
