LOCATION - Lat 28°28'58", long 97°39'23" referenced to North American Datum of 1927, Bee County, TX, Hydrologic Unit 12100406, on left bank at downstream side of bridge on U.S. Highway 59, 8.0 mi northeast of Beeville, and 9.0 mi upstream from Parker Hollow Creek.

EXTREMES OUTSIDE PERIOD OF RECORD - Maximum stage since at least 1914, that of Sept. 22, 1967. A stage of about 31 ft (discharge 25,500 ft³/s) occurred in Sept. 1919, from information from local resident.
