08329720 EMBUDO ARROYO AT ALBUQUERQUE, NM
LOCATION - Lat 35°06'08", long 106°29'33" referenced to North American Datum of 1983, Bernalillo County, NM, Hydrologic Unit 13020203, in far eastern Albuquerque, at the base of the Sandia Mountains foothills. Gage is on left bank of concrete-lined channel, approximately 90 ft upstream from Monte Largo bridge over Embudo Arroyo, between Indian School Rd to the south and Rover Ave to the north.
DRAINAGE AREA - 3.80 mi².
SURFACE-WATER RECORDS
PERIOD OF RECORD - October 1998 to current year.
GAGE - Water-stage recorder with satellite telemetry, crest-stage gage, and concrete weir control. Elevation of gage is 5,925 ft above National Geodetic Vertical Datum of 1929, from topographic map.
REMARKS - Water years 2014-2019; records good except for estimated discharges, which are poor. Recording rain gage located in drainage basin, approximately 1 mile upstream. Site used for gathering water-quality data for undeveloped upper drainage basin and represents undeveloped foothills east of Albuquerque.
