- For water years 2014 onward, choose a water year and parameter and an on-demand Water-Year Summary report will be generated.
- For water years 2006 through 2013, choose a water year and an Annual Water Data Report will be provided.
- For water years 2005 and earlier, Annual Water Data Reports may be available in digital format.
- Not all sites have reports available for every water year.

LOCATION - Lat 30°56'44.63", long 103°47'23.58" referenced to North American Datum of 1983, Reeves County, TX, Hydrologic Unit 13070003, on left bank, 0.10 mi north of U.S. Highway 290, 0.15 mi below spring source, 0.20 mi northwest of entrance to Balmorhea State Park, and 4.0 mi southwest of Balmorhea.

SURFACE-WATER RECORDS
PERIOD OF RECORD - Oct. 1931 to Sept. 1933, published as "Giffen Springs", July 2002 to current year, published as Giffin Spgs at Toyahvale, TX.
GAGE - Water-stage recorder. Datum of gage is 3,303.42 ft. above NAVD88. Prior to Mar. 17, 2022 datum of the gage listed as 3,302.32 ft. above NGVD29. Prior to July 25, 2002, water-stage recorder 700 ft. upstream at unknown datum. Satellite telemeter at station.

REMARKS - Discharge may include runoff and/or canal diversions from San Solomon Springs at times, usually for maintenance.
