LOCATION - Lat 39°45'37", long 105°54'21" referenced to North American Datum of 1927, in sec.28, T.3 S., R.76 W., Grand County, CO, Hydrologic Unit 14010001, on left bank 320 ft upstream from diversion dam, and 0.4 mi south of entrance to August P. Gumlick Tunnel.
DRAINAGE AREA - 5.60 mi².
