09041395 WOLFORD MOUNTAIN RESERVOIR NEAR KREMMLING, CO
LOCATION - Lat 40°06'46", long 106°24'52" referenced to North American Datum of 1927, in SW 1/4 NE 1/4 sec.25, T.2 N., R.81 W., Grand County, CO, Hydrologic Unit 14010001, 0.70 mi east of HWY 40, and 4.04 mi northwest of the hospital in Kremmling.
DRAINAGE AREA - 270 mi².
SURFACE-WATER RECORDS
PERIOD OF RECORD - July 1995 to current year.
GAGE - Water-stage recorder with satellite telemetry. Datum of gage is NGVD of 1929. (No dead storage).
COOPERATION - Capacity tables provided by Colorado Water Conservation District.
REMARKS - Reservoir is formed by by an earthfill dam. Dam completed May, 1995. Capacity 68,941 acre-ft, between 7,374.00 ft, streambed at dam axis and 7491.00 ft, crest of spillway.
EXTREMES FOR PERIOD OF RECORD - From spring runoff north of the reservoir on May 29, 2014, reached maximum instantaneous reservoir storage of 68,540 acre-feet, computed from Capacity table Number 1.1 (in effect since September 2002).  Associated lake/res elevation of 7490.74 feet.
