- For water years 2014 onward, choose a water year and parameter and an on-demand Water-Year Summary report will be generated.
- For water years 2006 through 2013, choose a water year and an Annual Water Data Report will be provided.
- For water years 2005 and earlier, Annual Water Data Reports may be available in digital format.
- Not all sites have reports available for every water year.

LOCATION - Lat 39°34'28.33", long 107°26'52.53" referenced to North American Datum of 1983, in SW 1/4 NW 1/4 sec.36, T.5 S., R.90 W., Garfield County, CO, Hydrologic Unit 14010005, on left bank 20 ft upstream from the Denver & Rio Grande Railroad Co. bridge, 250 ft upstream from mouth, and 5 miles east of New Castle.
DRAINAGE AREA - 55 mi².
SURFACE-WATER RECORDS
PERIOD OF RECORD - October 1954 to September 1960. April 2022 to present.
GAGE - Water-stage recorder with satellite telemetry and crest-stage gage. Datum of gage is 5,611 ft. above NAVD of 1988, from GNSS survey. Altitude of gage is 5,620 ft. (from river-profile map).
REMARKS - Water year 2022; records poor. Water year 2023; records poor. Diversions above station for irrigation of about 1,100 acres, of which 800 acres is along the Colorado River.
EXTREMES FOR PERIOD OF RECORD - 1954-60: Maximum discharge, about 1,000 ft³/s, June 29, 1957; maximum gage height, 9.60 ft, July 1, 1957 (backwater from Colorado River).
