09132500 NORTH FORK GUNNISON RIVER NEAR SOMERSET, CO

LOCATION - Lat 38°55'33", long 107°26'01" referenced to North American Datum of 1927, in SE 1/4 SW 1/4 sec.10, T.13 S., R.90 W., Gunnison County, CO, Hydrologic Unit 14020004, on left bank 2.3 mi east of Somerset and 4.8 mi upstream from Hubbard Creek.

DRAINAGE AREA - 525 mi².

SURFACE-WATER RECORDS

PERIOD OF RECORD - October 1933 to current year. Monthly discharge only for some periods, published in WSP 1313.

GAGE - Water-stage recorder with satellite telemetry and crest-stage gage. Elevation of gage is 6,280 ft above NGVD of 1929, from topographic map. Prior to Oct. 1, 1982, at various sites 0.8 mi downstream, at different datums. See WDR CO-81-2, for history of changes.
