LOCATION - Lat 43°01'08.7", long 110°07'07.9" referenced to North American Datum of 1983, in SE 1/4 SE 1/4 NE 1/4 sec.08, T.35 N., R.111 W., Sublette County, WY, Hydrologic Unit 14040101, on right bank 40 ft downstream from old bridge on U.S. Highways 189 and 191, 3.4 mi upstream from Beaver Creek, and 12 mi north of Daniel.
DRAINAGE AREA - 468 mi².
REVISIONS HISTORY - WSP 979: 1932(M).
SURFACE-WATER RECORDS
PERIOD OF RECORD - October 1931 to September 1992, October 1993 to current year. Monthly discharge only for some periods, published in WSP 1313.
GAGE - Water-stage recorder. Elevation of gage is 7,480 ft above NGVD of 1929, from topographic map. October 14, 1931 to October 5, 1977 at site on left bank 140 ft upstream at same datum. October 6, 1977 to October 29, 2018 at site on right bank 140 ft upstream at same datum. U.S. Geological Survey data collection platform with satellite telemetry at station.
REMARKS - Numerous diversions for irrigation occur upstream from station.
