LOCATION - Lat 40°45'04", long 111°22'11" referenced to North American Datum of 1927, Summit County, UT, Hydrologic Unit 16020101, on right bank of the downstream side of the SR 32 bridge at mileage point 23.343 (located just southeast of the start of Rockport Reservoir and northwest of the junction of SR 32 and Browns Canyon Road).
DRAINAGE AREA - 296 mi².
SURFACE-WATER RECORDS
PERIOD OF RECORD - May 1957 to September 1977 and April 28, 2016 through the current year.
GAGE - Water-stage recorder and crest stage gage. Datum of gage is 6,052.38 ft. above NAVD of 1988 from Vertical Order II NGS BM GAGING STA, (PID LO0303) on October 6, 2020.
REMARKS - Records good except estimated daily discharges which are poor.
EXTREMES FOR PERIOD OF RECORD - Maximum discharge, 2,340 ft³/s, Jun 6, 2017 , maximum gage height, 6.03 ft, Jun 6, 2017; minimum daily discharge, 23 ft³/s, Sept 9, 1977.
