- For water years 2014 onward, choose a water year and parameter and an on-demand Water-Year Summary report will be generated.
- For water years 2006 through 2013, choose a water year and an Annual Water Data Report will be provided.
- For water years 2005 and earlier, Annual Water Data Reports may be available in digital format.
- Not all sites have reports available for every water year.

LOCATION - Lat 41°10'50.45", long 111°24'01.65" referenced to North American Datum of 1983, in NW 1/4 NW 1/4 SE 1/4 sec.08, T.5 N., R.5 E., Morgan County, UT, Hydrologic Unit 16020101, on right bank 1,200 ft downstream from Lost Creek Dam, 1.9 mi upstream from Hell Canyon, 9.5 mi northeast of Croydon.
DRAINAGE AREA - 123 mi².
SURFACE-WATER RECORDS
PERIOD OF RECORD - February 1921 to December 1923, April 1941 to September 1967, April 1988 to current year. Intermittent data from October 1993 to June 1999.
GAGE - Water-stage recorder and crest-stage gage. Datum of gage is 5,825.52 ft. above NAVD of 1988 from a Level II GNSS survey conducted on October 8, 2020. August 26, 1954 to June 7, 1966 at various sites 1,000 ft. downstream at different datums.
REMARKS - Records are good. Lost Creek Reservoir was completed January, 1967. Active reservoir storage began April 22, 1967.
EXTREMES FOR PERIOD OF RECORD - Maximum discharge, 770 ft³/s, May 10, 11, 18, 1923, gage height, 4.20 ft; minimum, no flow Apr 13-19, 1999.
