LOCATION - Lat 40°14'21.32", long 111°42'40.30" referenced to North American Datum of 1983, in sec.03, T.7 S., R.2 E., Utah County, UT, Hydrologic Unit is unknown, on right bank 350 ft upstream from the Lakeshore Bridge Trailhead located at the junction of Lakeshore Dr. and 4200 W, 2.7 mi west of Provo, and 1.6 mi upstream from mouth.
