LOCATION - Lat 38°54'43", long 111°31'47" referenced to North American Datum of 1927, in SE 1/4 SW 1/4 NW 1/4 sec.12, T.22 S., R.3 E., Sevier County, UT, Hydrologic Unit 16030003, Fish Lake National Forest, on right bank 0.1 mi downstream of Skumpah Creek and 2.5 mi upstream from Natural Resources Conservation Service retention dam, 15.3 mi west of Emery, and 18.4 mi east of Salina.
