LOCATION - Lat 38°47'28", long 118°43'34" referenced to North American Datum of 1927, in SE 1/4 SE 1/4 sec.29, T.11 N., R.29 E., Mineral County, NV, Hydrologic Unit 16050304, 1.5 mi southeast of Pelican Point, and about 10 mi northeast of Walker Lake.
DRAINAGE AREA - 3,134 mi².
SURFACE-WATER RECORDS
PERIOD OF RECORD - Miscellaneous measurements, Aug. 1994 to Sep. 2004; continuous water-stage recorder, Oct. 2004 to May 2006 (gage destroyed); miscellaneous measurements, May 2006 to July 2010; continuous water-stage recorder, July 2010 to present.
GAGE - Water-stage recorder. Elevation of gage is 3,940 ft above National Geodetic Vertical Datum of 1929, from topographic map.
REMARKS -

Diversions for irrigation above station. Flow regulated by Bridgeport Reservoir (station 10292500), Topaz Lake (station 10297000), and Weber Reservoir (station 10301700), combined capacity, 112,600 acre-ft.  10/01/2013-09/30/2014: Records poor. 10/01/2014-09/30/2015: Records poor. 10/01/2015-09/30/2016: Records fair except estimated discharges, which are poor.  10/01/2016-09/30/2017: Records poor.  10/01/2017-09/30/2018: Records poor.

EXTREMES FOR PERIOD OF RECORD - Maximum discharge, 2,340 ft³.s, Jun. 26, 2017, gage height, 7.01 ft; maximum gage height, 9.58 ft (shifting sand channel), Jun. 22, 2005. No flow some years.
