LOCATION - Lat 39°16'51.3", long 119°31'30.5" referenced to North American Datum of 1983, in SW 1/4 SW 1/4 NW 1/4 sec.04, T.16 N., R.22 E., Lyon County, NV, Hydrologic Unit 16050202, on right bank, approximately 4.5 miles downstream from bridge on Dayton Valley Road in Dayton, NV.
DRAINAGE AREA - 1,121 mi².
SURFACE-WATER RECORDS
PERIOD OF RECORD - Jan. 2016 to current year.
GAGE - Water-stage recorder. Elevation of gage is 4,295 ft above North American Vertical Datum of 1988, from digital elevation model.
REMARKS - Many diversions above station for irrigation. Flow slightly regulated by several small reservoirs on tributaries.  01/28/2016-09/30/2016: Records good. 10/01/2016-09/30/2017: Records fair. 10/01/2017-09/30/2018: Records fair. 10/01/2018-09/30/2019: Records good. 10/01/2019-09/30/2020: Records good. 10/01/2020-09/30/2021: Records fair except for estimated discharges, which are poor.
