LOCATION - Lat 39°27'24", long 120°17'10" referenced to North American Datum of 1927, in SW 1/4 NW 1/4 sec.35, T.19 N., R.15 E., Sierra County, CA, Hydrologic Unit 16050102, on left bank, 0.4 mi downstream from Independence Lake outlet, and 10.5 mi northwest of Truckee.
DRAINAGE AREA - 8.10 mi².
REVISIONS HISTORY - WDR CA-79-3: Drainage area.
SURFACE-WATER RECORDS
PERIOD OF RECORD - November 1902 to September 1907, November 1909 to June 1910, August 1968 to current year.
GAGE - Water-stage recorder. Datum of gage is 6,924.56 ft above NAVD of 1988. July 1, 1904, to June 30, 1910, nonrecording gage 75 ft downstream from Independence Lake outlet; prior to July 1, 1904, nonrecording gage 600 ft downstream at approximately same datum.
