LOCATION - Lat 38°29'53", long 120°13'02" referenced to North American Datum of 1927, Amador County, CA, Hydrologic Unit 18040012, Eldorado National Forest, 800 ft downstream from Salt Springs Dam and 18 mi northeast of West Point.
SURFACE-WATER RECORDS
PERIOD OF RECORD - October 1980 to current year.
GAGE - Discharge is computed from powerplant output. Elevation of powerplant is 3,700 ft above NGVD of 1929, from topographic map.
COOPERATION - Records were provided by Pacific Gas and Electric Company, under general supervision of the U.S. Geological Survey, in connection with Federal Energy Regulatory Commission project no. 137.
