LOCATION - Lat 39°25'42", long 120°37'19" referenced to North American Datum of 1927, in SW 1/4 NW 1/4 sec.15, T.18 N., R.12 E., Nevada County, CA, Hydrologic Unit 18020125, in Tahoe National Forest, on right bank, 200 ft downstream from outlet structure on Lower Rock Lake Dam, and 6.4 mi east of Graniteville.
DRAINAGE AREA - 0.36 mi².
SURFACE-WATER RECORDS
PERIOD OF RECORD - October 1995 to current year (low-flow records only). Unpublished records for water years 1974 and 1979-95 available in files of the U.S. Geological Survey.
GAGE - Water-stage recorder and Parshall flume. Elevation of gage is 6,615 ft above NGVD of 1929, from topographic map. August 1965 to August 1995, nonrecording gage at same site and datum.
COOPERATION - Records were collected by Pacific Gas and Electric Co., under general supervision of the U.S. Geological Survey, in connection with Federal Energy Regulatory Commission project no. 2310.
