LOCATION - Lat 38°53'23", long 121°05'51" referenced to North American Datum of 1927, Placer County, CA, Hydrologic Unit 18020127, on right bank of Auburn Ravine 300 ft upstream from diversion to South Canal and 1.2 mi southwest of Auburn.
SURFACE-WATER RECORDS
PERIOD OF RECORD - October 1986 to current year. Unpublished records for water years 1982-86 available in the files of the U.S. Geological Survey.
GAGE - Discharge computed from powerplant output. Elevation of powerplant is 910 ft above NGVD of 1929, from topographic map.
COOPERATION - Records were collected by Pacific Gas and Electric Co., under general supervision of the U.S. Geological Survey, in connection with Federal Energy Regulatory Commission project no. 2310.
REMARKS - Previously published as a monthly line item with station Bear River Canal Intake near Colfax, CA (11422000).
