LOCATION - Lat 38°53'50", long 120°22'38" referenced to North American Datum of 1927, El Dorado County, CA, Hydrologic Unit 18020128, Eldorado National Forest, in powerplant on shore of Union Valley Reservoir and 9.5 mi northwest of Kyburz.
SURFACE-WATER RECORDS
PERIOD OF RECORD - October 1962 to September 2015 (discontinued). Prior to October 1965, published as Robbs Peak Tunnel near Riverton.
GAGE - Acoustic-velocity meter. Elevation of powerplant is 4,880 ft above NGVD of 1929, from topographic map.
COOPERATION - Records were collected by Sacramento Municipal Utility District, under general supervision of the U.S. Geological Survey, in connection with Federal Energy Regulatory Commission project no. 2101.
REMARKS - October 1996 to September 2013 published as a monthly line item with station South Fork Rubicon River below Gerle Creek, near Georgetown, CA (11430000).
