LOCATION - Lat 40°22'16", long 123°26'06" referenced to North American Datum of 1927, in SW 1/4 SW 1/4 sec.18, T.1 S., R.7 E., Trinity County, CA, Hydrologic Unit 18010102, Six Rivers National Forest, on left bank, 1,200 ft downstream from Robert W. Matthews Dam, 5.3 mi northwest of Ruth, and 5.8 mi west of Forest Glen.
